Summary of Experience & Expertise
As agronomist and crop physiologist, during the last thirty years, I have
developed an experience in crop production, irrigation, cropping systems,
drought resistance in cereals, modeling, and technology transfer as well
as in research management and coordination at national and international
levels. My research was oriented to cultural practices for water conservation
and water use efficiency in arid and semi arid regions, and appropriate
methods of technology transfer. I have established wide relations over
the world (Morocco, North Africa, Europe, Australia, USA, and Middle East).
I have held many responsibility positions since 1986:

Regional Coordinator for North
Africa ICARDA since 1999 |

projects and developed partnership with many donors.
