Abstract and paper must include, in the main body of the document, title of the paper, and names and affiliations of all authors. A postal address, telephone number and e-mail address for at least one contact author is also required. The abstract should not exceed 200 words. The full paper should be between 5000 and 8000 words (including references, notes and tables), and should be submitted by September 1, 2009. Biographical data should not exceed 100 words and should be written on a separate page in the third person. The font should be Times New Roman. The title should be in 14pt font, centered and in bold. Names and affiliations of all authors (including details of the contact author) should be centered, but not in bold. The rest of the text should be in 12pt.

Abstracts of papers to be presented as posters are also invited. There will be a poster session and booths (the size of the each poster stand is 1m x 2m or 1m x1m). Posters will be displayed on the first day and will remain for the entire duration of the conference.
